Certain services provided by your Doctor are not covered by the NHS.
You will be asked to pay a fee as recommended by the British Medical
Association. For example, signing passport applications, HGV, PSV,
insurance/medical forms and private referrals. If you are making an
appointment for a medical examination, please inform the
receptionist.
